It Takes A Village To Raze Barn, Raise Bairn

by christopher taylor

ADAMSTOWN, PA--Three hundred forty seven Lancaster County residents convened last Saturday to demolish an aging red barn, belonging to the Adamstown Volunteer Fire Department, and rear a small child named Robert "Bobby" Flowers.

"The old barn was getting a bit rough around the edges," said John Baker, local owner of the Black Angus Restaurant. "And Bobby was getting a bit long in the tooth to still be in diapers and sucking his mother's teat."
